- 3-6 years of professional experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python).
- Proven hands-on experience integrating or interacting with blockchain APIs / SDKs (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js, Web3.py, Hyperledger Fabric SDK).
- Understanding of smart contracts, events, and transaction lifecycle.
- Experience with cryptographic standards (ECDSA, SHA-256, AES) and key management.
- Robust database knowledge PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MYSQL or equivalent.
- Understanding of microservices, asynchronous processing, and message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
