We are conducting a Recruitment Drive to hire talented and driven recruiters for our growing Talent Acquisition team.
We are looking for candidates with strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment skills who can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Open Positions
1. Core Recruiter 10 Positions
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
2. Tech Recruiter – 2 Positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- Source candidates across technologies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate experience.
- Maintain an active pipeline for current and upcoming technology requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with hiring managers and manage multiple requirements.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.
- For Tech Recruiter roles, experience hiring for IT/technical positions is preferred.
Compensation
3–5 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
