Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, or talent acquisition in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through creative sourcing methods such as social media outreach, employee referrals, etc.
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes including bulk hiring campaigns management.
