Rojgar With Ankit (RWA) is looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, communication and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Experience in EdTech / Education / Startup hiring will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
