Software Developer Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Role Overview We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle solutions using the Ping Identity platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate IAM solutions for enterprise applications and APIs.
- Implement SSO, MFA, federation, and access management capabilities.
- Configure and support Ping Identity products and IAM workflows.
- Build integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver secure access solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize authentication, authorization, and identity provisioning processes.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with:

PingFederate (SSO, Federation, Authentication)

PingOne (Cloud IAM) o PingID (MFA, Adaptive Authentication) PingDirectory (Identity Directory Services)

PingAccess (Application & API Protection)

PingAuthorize (Fine-Grained Authorization)





PingIDM (Identity Lifecycle Management)

PingAM (Access Management)

PingGateway (Identity-Aware Gateway)

PingOne DaVinci (Identity Journey Orchestration)

- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, LDAP, SCIM, and JWT.
- Experience with REST APIs and secure application development.

Positive-to-Have Skills

• Python development and automation.

- AWS Services (IAM, Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS). • Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, API Security, and cloud security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3-8 years of software development experience.

• Experience implementing enterprise IAM and security solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
