Job Summary

Medorah Meditek is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth and market penetration for its Gastroenterology product portfolio across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive sales and revenue growth for Medorah Meditek's Gastroenterology products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage and develop relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings as required.
- Generate leads and convert business opportunities into sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.




- Ensure regular territory coverage and effective follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth execution of business activities.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile:

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, Healthcare or Surgical Products sales.
- Experience in hospital sales, institutional sales or medical device sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Gastroenterology or related medical/surgical products will be preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of territory sales and business development.
- Target-oriented with strong customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
