Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sim Corp Dimension Business Analyst with strong expertise in Investment Management, Asset Management, and Capital Markets. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and technology teams to analyze business requirements, drive solution design, and support implementation within the Sim Corp Dimension platform.
Key Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Sim Corp Dimension initiatives.
•Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
•Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
•Configure and support Sim Corp Dimension functionalities to meet business needs.
•Collaborate with Development, QA, Support, and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
•Prepare BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and solution documentation.
•Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation activities.
•Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
•Assist in Sim Corp upgrades, enhancements, migration, and transformation projects.
Required Skills
•7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Capital Markets.




•Strong experience with Sim Corp Dimension (SCD).
•Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
•Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office investment operations.
•Experience in preparing BRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
•Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reconciliation.
