Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, declarative Salesforce capabilities, CI/CD.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, and development teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Build up-to-date Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and other declarative tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Salesforce data migration, deployment, and release management activities.
- Write unit tests and ensure Salesforce development follows best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Work with Salesforce administrators, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews for Salesforce developers.




- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

- 5 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Asynchronous Apex
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integration and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and CRUD/FLS.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments and version control using tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, or Dev Ops Center.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.
- Experience writing Apex test classes and maintaining good code coverage.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Work Arrangement

- Hybrid work model
- 3 days per week working from the client office
- Candidates should be comfortable working directly with client stakeholders and participating in client-facing discussions.
- Remaining working days can be worked remotely, subject to project/client requirements.
