About: Blackbaud University is the customer training team at Blackbaud, dedicated to powering social good with knowledge. In this role, you’llplay a pivotal role in collaborating between our training team and the Product Technology Groupto support the building and maintaining of sandbox environments to accompanyour virtual instructor-led training experience across multiple products and ensure a delightful client experience. You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to creatively solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.

What you will be doing:

- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and build and maintainvirtual training sandbox environments using technologies like .NET Core, C#, Angular, Type Script, Java Script, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs.

- Develop and maintain database and lab environments to support training needs, ensuring system health, reliability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues, including customer support escalations.

- Track and document environment access, procedures, and configurations across Blackbaud software training solutions.

- Coordinate with Curriculum Leads, Delivery Leads, Operations, IT, and external experts to meet install and environment requirements.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments (Azure Dev Ops, Azure PaaS).

- Maintain integrations between core systems (e.g., Docebo Learn, Workday, Blackbaud Engineering System).





- Administer API documentation libraries using Swagger/OpenAPI (Swashbuckle).

- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to groom, plan, and deliver work; identify and resolve defects and technical debt.

- Improve environment quality through standards, testing, monitoring, and proactive alerting.

- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process documentation.

- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

What we will want you to have:

- BS in Computer Science or related field.

- 1–2 years of professional experience in software development.

- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Azure, Power Shell, C#, REST APIs, and web technologies.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, grooming).

- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Basic understanding of relational databases and integration practices.

- Experience deploying code via CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Exposure to Azure PaaS services and cloud environments preferred.

- Experience working with international engineering teams.
