Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented interns to join our Human Resources team .

Interns will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and recruitment updates.

Assist with maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Support job postings on recruitment portals and other sourcing platforms.

Assist with candidate documentation and pre-joining formalities.

Support onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation.

Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR trackers.

Support attendance tracking and other HR administrative activities, as assigned.

Assist with employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.





Coordinate with internal departments to support HR-related requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and comply with company policies.

Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.

Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree completed or Master's degree completed (MBA-HR, MHRM, MSW, or other relevant qualifications).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
