Required Experience

12–15 years of overall experience in software engineering with ownership of enterprise-scale delivery and operational outcomes

4+ years of relevant experience in technical architecture across full-stack systems spanning frontend, backend, and integrations

•

Proven experience designing and governing architectures for Java microservices platforms in enterprise environments

•

Experience leading modernization programs, including decomposition

, migration sequencing, and controlled cutover planning across systems.

•

Experience working in a GCC setup with global teams, including stakeholder alignment across time zones and regions

Essential Skills

Strong enterprise technical architecture leadership across frontend, backend, integrations, and shared platform capabilities at scale
