We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales to drive business growth in the US healthcare and Health Tech cybersecurity market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in B2B cybersecurity or technology services sales, with a proven track record of selling cybersecurity and compliance services to US clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should have experience selling at least two of the following services: HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT).Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the US healthcare cybersecurity market. Generate recent business opportunities and acquire healthcare and Health Tech clients. Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, compliance heads, and other senior stakeholders. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client discussions to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.



Collaborate with technical teams to develop client solutions and proposals. Build strategic partnerships, grow existing accounts, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Requirements10+ years of experience in B2B cybersecurity or technology services sales. Proven experience selling to the US market, preferably in healthcare or Health Tech. Experience selling at least two of the following: HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and VAPT. Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, and business development skills. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and closing enterprise deals. Established relationships with US healthcare organizations or Health Tech companies are highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
