Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will engage in the cutting-edge process of architecting large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to enhance the model's performance.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the models meet the required specifications and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Your role will also include problem-solving and providing solutions to challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the models are efficient and effective in their applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.




- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in large language model architecture.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance based on feedback and testing results.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques for large datasets.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to machine learning.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
