About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the store team, including scheduling, rotational shifts, coaching, and performance tracking.
2. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the store.
3. Oversee customer service and handle escalated queries and complaints professionally.
4. Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are updated as per brand guidelines.
5. Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, raise replenishment requests, and conduct stock audits and reconciliation.
6. Ensure accurate POS billing, exchanges, and returns.
7. Review and share daily sales, footfall, and conversion data with management.
8. Train the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
9. Coordinate with the brand and head office on promotions, launches, and store activations.

5. Comfortable standing for long hours in a fast-paced store.
