About the job

Key responsibilities:

1.LCL & FCL ocean freight forwarding and customs clearance
2.Working knowledge of VGM, SI filing, Form 13, SCMTR, carrier bookings, track & trace etc.
3.Should be able to independently handle client and agent email / telephonic communication
4.Should be able to problem solve with carriers / co-loaders in case of operational issues
5.Well versed with spot pricing interfaces of MLOs with working knowledge of ex-works & DDU / DDP pricing and should be able to quote
6.Experience in Air Freight handling a plus but not a requirement
