Location: Malad, Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate Freshers/HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience (on paper)
Salary Package: Freshers: 25,000 in hand & Experienced: 30,000 in hand
Shift & Work Schedule: US Rotational Night Shifts; 5 Days Working; 2 Rotational Week-Offs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
2. Provide prompt and effective customer support.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
4. Maintain accurate customer records.
5. Follow company policies and quality standards.
