About the job

We are looking for a logistics & dispatch coordinator to manage material dispatches, transporter coordination, shipment tracking, documentation, and logistics billing. The role will ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials while maintaining accurate dispatch records, inventory movement, and logistics MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Shipment & Dispatch Coordination:
1. Coordinate dispatch of materials to clients/sites.
2. Arrange transport vehicles and coordinate with transport vendors.
3. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials.
4. Track shipments and update internal teams on delivery status.

B. Vendor & Transporter Coordination:
1. Coordinate with transporters for quotations and bookings.
2. Compare transport costs and maintain cost records.
3. Maintain transporter and courier vendor database.

C. Inventory & Material Movement:
1. Coordinate with the warehouse for material dispatch.
2. Perform stock audit at warehouse
3. Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
4. Track material sent to sites, vendors, and offices.

D. Documentation:
1. Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipment documents.
2. Maintain dispatch records, courier records, and logistics MIS.
3. Maintain proper documentation for billing and payments.

E. Payment & Billing Coordination:
1. Verify transporter invoices.
2. Coordinate with accounts for logistics payments.
3.



Maintain a logistics expense tracker.

F. Reporting & MIS:
1. Maintain daily dispatch report.
2. Maintain pending delivery report.
3. Maintain logistics cost report.
4. Share weekly logistics report.
