About the job

We are looking for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in pharmaceutical administration. All candidates are welcome to apply. If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to begin your skilled journey with Regenix Drugs Ltd.

Customer Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate interview arrangements.

Documentation: Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices, invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and other business documents.

Purchase & Sales Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and customers, obtain quotations, place purchase orders with approval, and follow up on orders and deliveries.

Office Administration: Maintain inward and outward registers, goods movement records, stock records, and other office registers.

Computer & Reporting: Prepare Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations, reports, customer databases, and sales and purchase records.

Record Maintenance: Organise and maintain physical and digital files of invoices, purchase orders, challans, and business correspondence.

Accounts Coordination: Assist with billing, payment follow-ups,



and transaction documentation in coordination with the accounts department.

Skill(s) required

Email Management English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-PowerPoint Tally

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Eligibility:Graduate/Postgraduate in:

· Chemistry

· Biochemistry

· Microbiology

· Biotechnology

· B.Pharm

Languages known: Tamil,English. (Hindi will be preferred)
