Job Summary
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for guests, customers, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, customers, and visitors professionally.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address guest requirements.
- Manage visitor records and guest-related documentation.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist during customer visits, meetings, and events.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support other front-office and customer service activities as required.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional approach.
Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
