We are looking for a Site Engineer / Civil Site Engineer to join our team at DhakshinChithraArchitects to oversee on-site civil works and ensure high-quality execution. The role involves supervising construction activities, coordinating with labor, clients, and architects, managing materials, and handling site documentation. The position offers an in-hand salary of [In-Hand Salary] along with performance-based incentives for timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site civil works and ensure execution as per architectural drawings and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with labor crews, clients, architects, and sub-contractors to maintain workflow.
- Material & Inventory Management: Track, verify, and coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and stock on site.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily site progress reports (DPRs), measurement sheets,



and site documentation.
- Quality & Timeline Control: Enforce safety norms, monitor construction schedules, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

- Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualification-Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with Experience Range -0 –3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Location: Based in or able to commute to Anna Nagar, Chennai.
- Key Skills: Solid practical knowledge of on-site civil works, labor handling, time management, and basic reading of structural/architectural CAD drawings.
- Compensation: Competitive in-hand salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
