Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Pan India

We are looking for Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our team across India.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Pan India
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Industry: Infrastructure / Construction / Building Materials

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular updates on market trends and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer support.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates from any location in India can apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction or construction-related sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a Civil Engineering background will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Robust sales orientation and willingness to work in a field-based role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
