We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content relevant.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Run paid social media campaigns and track ad performance (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Assist in planning and promoting events, offers, and product/service launches.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals,



and messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.

Familiarity with paid ads and performance tracking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience in B2B or service-based industries.

Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing.

Experience with video editing tools.
