MARICI Solutions LLP is looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage material ordering, order tracking, warehouse coordination, dispatch documentation, and ERP operations. The candidate will ensure timely procurement, accurate inventory records, and smooth material movement from suppliers to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Process material orders and coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Track purchase orders, pending materials, and delayed deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for material receipts, stock management, and dispatches.
- Prepare delivery challans, material issue slips, and stock transfer documents.
- Update and maintain purchase, inventory, and dispatch records in ERP software.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.




- Maintain reports on pending orders, stock status, and deliveries.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation and resolve material discrepancies.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in lighting, electrical products, or home automation will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
