Navayu Digital is a sector-specialist digital marketing agency operating from London and Hyderabad, serving healthcare, education, real estate, hospitality, logistics and agriculture brands.
The role
We are seeking a highly focused and dedicated SEO Specialist who has chosen search engine optimisation as their primary area of expertise. We value professionals with a deep-rooted commitment to mastering their domain, maturity, and a long-term strategic perspective.
Who you are
- A dedicated specialist: singular focus on SEO - the technical nuances, content architectures and algorithmic mechanics of the field.
- Analytical and insightful: you examine data to understand the underlying mechanics of search behaviour, and translate it into strategic business insight.
- Grounded and accountable: stability, maturity and long-term commitment - you operate with a high degree of reliability.
- A forward-thinking learner: you actively study the digital landscape to forecast where search visibility is going.
How you operate
- Root-cause analysis: when metrics fluctuate, you reverse-engineer the SERP to find the precise cause.
- Strategic foresight: you evaluate how technology and user-intent shifts will impact visibility before they do.
- Absolute ownership: every SEO initiative executed with precision, aligned to broader business objectives.
What you will own
- Analyse complex data sets, interpret algorithmic shifts and implement sustainable growth strategies.
- Run root-cause analysis on performance fluctuations - comprehensive analytics and SERP reverse-engineering, not assumptions.
- Forecast emerging SEO trends and prepare strategies for the future of search visibility.
How you will work here
- In office at our Financial District office, Hyderabad, with flexi hours and flexi days by policy.
- Sector-focused teams, close to real client outcomes, with an AI-forward toolset.
