Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across gold, diamond and silver - Plan and run festive and wedding-season campaigns - Grow conversion, average ticket value and gold savings scheme enrolments - Manage margins, discounts and store expenses within budget - Maintain 100% stock accuracy and enforce vault, CCTV and key-control procedures - Resolve customer complaints within 48 hours and build repeat business - Recruit, train, coach and schedule the store team - Ensure BIS hallmarking, GST billing and KYC/PAN compliance - Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and stock reports
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
