We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage overall plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and manpower. The candidate must have experience in plastic manufacturing and a strong understanding of stainless steel manufacturing, particularly single-wall stainless steel bottles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall plant operations, production planning and execution.
- Supervise plastic injection moulding, PET preform, caps & closures and plastic container production.
- Oversee single-wall stainless steel bottle manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, rejection rates and productivity.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization and material consumption.
- Implement process improvements, cost reduction and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S and quality standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor plant performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing plant operations.




- Strong experience in plastic injection moulding and related products.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of stainless steel manufacturing is essential, preferably single-wall steel bottles.
- Experience in production planning, quality management, maintenance coordination and manpower handling.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and cost-control skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
