About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, with a focus on improving sales, maintaining product availability, and ensuring smooth order and inventory management, listing management.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

- Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Blinkit.
- Create and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications and other relevant information.
- Monitor product availability, inventory, orders, cancellations, returns and stock movement.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams for timely order processing and dispatch.




- Monitor marketplace dashboards and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
- Track sales, inventory, returns, cancellations and other e-commerce performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain stock reports for Blinkit, and other quick commerce platforms such as zepto, instamart including SKU-wise sales analysis and movement trends. Accordingly create necessary RO’s to send the goods
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers and online presence.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, marketplace and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with customer service and internal teams to resolve customer complaints, returns and marketplace-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of marketplace transactions and activities.
