- Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, starters, and main-course items.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Handle wok cooking, chopping, cutting, marination, and mise en place.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
- Monitor ingredients, stock levels, and proper food storage.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory practices.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak operational hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
