Work Days: Monday–Saturday | 2 Saturdays Off per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to take ownership of 100% B2C digital marketing and online growth for a consumer Food/Agri brand.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, e-commerce, lead generation, CRM and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive B2C customer acquisition, leads and online sales.
- Manage social media and content calendars.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, agencies and vendors.
- Monitor website/e-commerce performance and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute CRM, Email & WhatsApp campaigns for customer retention.
- Track and analyse ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversions and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with creative, sales, product and web teams to improve campaign results.
- Use data to optimise budgets, creatives, audiences and landing pages.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- B2C / D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Food industry experience preferred.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of GA4,



GTM, Pixels, UTMs and Looker Studio.
- Experience with social media, content marketing and influencer coordination.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion optimisation.
- CRM / Email / WhatsApp marketing experience is an advantage.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini is an advantage.
- Good English communication; Tamil content capability is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with proven experience in B2C Performance Marketing, E-commerce Growth, FMCG, Food, Agriculture or Consumer Brands are highly preferred.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate measurable results through campaign case studies or a portfolio.
