Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain and update sales, purchase, inventory, and payment-related data.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different departments.
- Prepare Excel reports, trackers, summaries, and dashboards as required.
- Perform basic accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Assist with invoice preparation, checking, and reconciliation.
- Track outstanding payments, receivables, and payables.
- Cross-check data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for timely reporting.
- Perform other reporting and data-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoices, and financial entries.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,



including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data filtering.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good data management and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or accounts. Freshers with good Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is comfortable working with Excel-based reports, handling business data, and supporting basic accounting activities with accuracy and responsibility.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
