We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Student Counsellor to support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of primary school students. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a safe and supportive learning environment and promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to primary school students.
- Identify students with emotional, behavioral, or learning concerns and provide appropriate support.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate counselling programs and activities.
- Work closely with teachers to address classroom behavioral challenges.
- Guide students in developing social skills, confidence, and emotional regulation.
- Conduct workshops on topics like bullying, stress management, and self-awareness.
- Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Refer students to external professionals when necessary (psychologists, therapists, etc.).
- Participate in school meetings,



training sessions, and well-being initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling / Child Development or related field.
- Diploma or certification in School Counselling (preferred).
- Strong understanding of child psychology and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience conducting workshops and awareness programs
