We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in residential construction,

specifically apartment and flat projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution skills, and the ability to manage daily construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at residential apartment and flat projects.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Monitor civil works, including foundations, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, and other project team members.

- Check construction quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.

- Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and work progress at the site.

- Read and interpret structural, architectural,



and construction drawings.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.

- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available as per the construction schedule.

- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and budget.

- Maintain site records, measurements, and quality inspection reports.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in residential apartment and flat construction.

- Positive knowledge of civil construction methods, RCC works, and finishing activities.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings, CADD.

- Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
