HR Manager — RedLuck International Private Limited

Location: Ganesh Glory-11, Jagatpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment: Full-time, work from office

Monthly CTC: ₹15,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and interview assessment

Reporting to: CEO & Managing Director

About the Role

RedLuck International Private Limited is hiring an HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations and daily HR operations across our food, exports and agribusiness activities. Our brands include RedLuck, Funmor Foods and Farmox.

We are looking for an organised skilled who can independently manage HR processes, support business growth and maintain a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, export, agribusiness, operations and office positions.

- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies; screen applications and coordinate interviews.

- Handle offer letters, joining documentation, onboarding, induction and employee records.

- Maintain attendance, leave records and payroll inputs; coordinate monthly salary processing with the Accounts team.

- Coordinate applicable employment compliance, statutory records and filings with Accounts and external advisers.

- Develop and implement HR policies, workplace procedures and employee communication.

- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters fairly and confidentially.





- Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, training and employee development with department managers.

- Support employee engagement, retention and a positive workplace culture.

- Manage resignation documentation, exit interviews, handovers and final-settlement inputs.

- Prepare recruitment updates, headcount reports and other HR reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

- Relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.

- Practical understanding of payroll coordination, attendance management and HR documentation.

- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi, with working proficiency in English.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email and recruitment platforms; HRMS experience preferred.

- Strong organisational skills, confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Previous experience in food, FMCG, agriculture, trading, logistics or export businesses will be an advantage.
