Telecalling Executive
About the Role

We are looking for a Presales & Telecalling Executive who can confidently communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, good convincing ability, and a customer-focused approach. Freshers with the right communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, interest, and potential.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and other basic details to customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and create suitable opportunities for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or further discussions with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and conversion.
- Build professional relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up,



lead qualification, and conversion targets.

Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a sales and marketing team.
