Assist in routine electrical and plumbing maintenance under the supervision of an experienced technician. Support repairs of lights, switches, taps, washroom fittings and water supply systems. Help identify and report maintenance faults in guest rooms, restaurant, banquet areas and common facilities. Assist with preventive maintenance, tool handling and maintaining basic records. Support site upkeep and respond to routine maintenance requests. Follow all safety instructions and use appropriate protective equipment. Maintain tools and the maintenance area in an orderly condition.
