Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the school, generate admission enquiries, increase brand awareness, and support student enrolment activities. The candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting promotional activities, building relationships with parents and the local community, and driving admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the school and its academic programs to prospective parents and students.
- Generate admission leads through field marketing, campaigns, events, and community outreach.
- Visit nearby residential communities, apartments, preschools, tuition centres, and other potential outreach locations.
- Organize school promotional activities, education fairs, exhibitions, open houses, and admission events.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, community representatives, and local organizations.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials in targeted locations.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media promotions, online campaigns, and local publicity.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve the school's visibility and reach.
- Maintain daily lead-generation reports, enquiry databases, and marketing activity records.




- Achieve monthly targets for enquiry generation, school visits, and admission conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication of the school's values, facilities, and academic offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or certification in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in schools, educational institutions, or admission counselling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with parents, students, and community members.
- Good knowledge of local areas around Kompally and surrounding localities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong follow-up, lead management, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and promotional activities.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of admission enquiries generated.
- Number of qualified leads and school visits scheduled.
- Enquiry-to-admission conversion rate.
- Achievement of monthly admission and marketing targets.
- Number of field visits, outreach activities, and promotional events completed.
- Timely follow-up and accurate maintenance of lead records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about education. Candidates with experience in school admissions, education sales, field marketing, or local area promotions will be given preference.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
