We are looking for an experienced and skilled Highway Engineer to supervise and execute highway and road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, technical compliance, progress monitoring, and coordination with project teams to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor highway, road construction, and infrastructure development activities at the project site.
- Execute roadwork activities, including earthwork, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and pavement construction.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and IRC/MoRTH standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure project activities are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Surveyors, QA/QC Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Check levels, alignments, gradients,



and road dimensions as per approved drawings.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, machinery, and equipment.
- Monitor the quality of materials, including aggregates, bitumen, cement, and other road construction materials.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for field testing, material testing, and quality inspections.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards, environmental guidelines, and project requirements.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurement verification, and preparation of bills when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
