We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our

clinic. The role involves handling patient inquiries, providing treatment

information, converting leads, maintaining patient relationships, and supporting

overall clinic growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media leads)

and provide accurate information about clinic services.

o Convert leads into consultations and procedures through professional

communication and follow-ups.

o Maintain a strong understanding of clinic services, offers, and ongoing

promotions.

o Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and clinic manager for smooth

patient flow.

o Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.

o Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

o Ensure excellent patient experience with prompt assistance and

hospitality.

o Build long-term relationships with patients for referrals and repeat visits.

o Provide daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o Proven experience in sales, counselling, or customer service

(healthcare/clinic experience preferred).

o Strong communication and convincing skills.

o Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.

o Good command over English, Hindi, and local language.

o Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.

o Goal-oriented, proactive, and well-presented personality.
