We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting waterproofing products and services, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies.
- Promote the company’s waterproofing products and services.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
- Visit construction sites and understand customers’ waterproofing requirements.
- Explain product features, perks, and suitable waterproofing solutions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with prospective customers, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales activities.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Experience in construction materials, building materials, waterproofing products, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
