Job Summary

Northamps is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting tools, along with the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding balances.




- Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Support management with financial analysis and reports for decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. M.Com or relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookup functions, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and financial management tools.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
