Job Overview

FM DIGI POWER PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented International Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience handling international clients, particularly in the USA and Canada, and selling digital marketing and web development services.

The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and Canada to promote digital marketing and web development services.
- Handle international clients professionally and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and client outreach.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects to schedule meetings and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation,



and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in international telecalling, sales, or client handling preferred.
- Prior experience selling digital marketing, SEO, website development, or IT services is mandatory.
- Experience dealing with clients from the USA and Canada will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain services effectively.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on relevant experience and skills.
