About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Product Listing Executive to manage product uploads and catalogue information across e-commerce websites and online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate product listings, editing product images, updating product details, and ensuring that products are presented professionally on online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and list products on e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKUs, and other relevant details.
- Edit, resize, and optimize product images for online listing requirements.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
- Update existing product listings whenever changes are required.
- Maintain product data and records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure correct product details and availability.
- Identify and correct errors, duplicate listings, and missing product information.




- Follow marketplace guidelines for product images, descriptions, and catalog formats.
- Complete assigned product uploads and updates within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good internet browsing and computer operating skills.
- Basic image editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong data entry and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn current software, e-commerce portals, and marketplace processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in product listing, catalog management, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
