HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETER | FOREX & FINANCIAL MARKETS (FX-PM-05)

We are seeking a results-driven performance marketer to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns for a forex and trading education business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage campaigns across approved digital advertising channels.
- Generate qualified leads for trading masterclasses, webinars, educational programmes, and other offerings.
- Build and optimise landing pages, lead-generation funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion journeys.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign optimisation.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and analytics teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Prepare campaign reports and recommend budget allocation based on performance.
- Ensure promotions and targeting comply with applicable regulations and platform policies.

Requirements:

- Experience in performance marketing,



preferably in forex, CFDs, fintech, financial education, or financial services.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, analytics, and attribution. Experience with lead-generation funnels and CRM integration.
- Solid analytical skills and evidence of improving campaign performance.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other approved channels is an advantage.
