About the role:

The Interior Design Site Supervisor will support the Project Engineer in coordinating site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and maintaining quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily interior execution activities and coordinate with site teams.
- Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, designs, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
- Check materials for quality, quantity, finish, and approved specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, site progress, and execution timelines.
- Maintain site reports, material records, and progress updates as required by the Project Engineer.
- Assist with BOQ checking, quantity tracking,



and basic estimation.
- Use AutoCAD for drawing reference, dimensions, and basic drawing checks.
- Maintain project-related records using MS Excel.
- Report site issues, delays, material requirements, and execution concerns to the Project Engineer.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer and design team to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to understand and interpret interior drawings.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ and quantity calculations.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and specifications.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
