We are seeking a Loan Advisor with banking experience to assist students in securing loans for studying abroad. The role involves advising students on financial options, guiding them through the loan process, and liaising with financial institutions to arrange funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students and parents on education loan options from banks and NBFCs.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
- Assist students with loan applications and document collection.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for application processing, loan sanction, and disbursement.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve loan-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal counsellors to provide timely loan assistance to students.
- Maintain loan records and update application status regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience
- Strong understanding of financial products and loan processes.
- Experience advising students or clients on financial matters.
- Familiarity with study abroad loan procedures.
