WitsCode builds and grows ecommerce and service businesses for clients in the UK, US, New Zealand and UAE. We have shipped 300+ websites across Shopify, WordPress and custom stacks, and we now run growth for those clients. We are a small, senior team, so you will own your accounts from setup to results, with direct access to the founder.

What you will do

- Own Google Ads and Meta Ads for 4 to 5 client accounts, mostly Shopify ecommerce and local service businesses
- Audit new accounts and present a clear plan: structure, budgets, targets and the first 30 days
- Set up and fix tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and Merchant Center
- Build and run Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Demand Gen campaigns on Google, and prospecting, retargeting and lead campaigns on Meta
- Optimise daily against ROAS and cost per lead targets, and run structured tests on audiences, keywords, creatives and landing pages
- Write ad copy and brief creatives, and give landing page feedback to our developers
- Send weekly Looker Studio reports and lead a monthly performance review with each client

What you bring

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management with real budgets
- Results you can show with numbers: ROAS,



CPA or CPL before and after your work
- Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM, including setting up conversions yourself
- Clear written and spoken English, comfortable on calls with international clients
- Comfort with spreadsheets and with AI tools to speed up analysis and copy

Nice to have

- Shopify ecommerce experience and feed management for Shopping and Advantage+ catalog ads
- Experience with US, UK or Current Zealand audiences
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
