Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Experience: 2–5 years in industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, preferably in food processing or FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor ammonia compressors and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain required temperatures in cold storage and blast freezers.
- Monitor pressure, temperature, and equipment performance.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain daily operating records and follow safety procedures.
- Handle emergencies as per established ammonia safety protocols.
