- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain gold purity, hallmarking, weight, making charges, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate billing, jewellery handling, and stock discipline.
- Support promotional activities and daily showroom operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in jewellery sales and customer service.
- Confident, hardworking, disciplined,
and well-groomed personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn billing software.
- Gujarati and Hindi proficiency; Urdu is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
