Maes Solutions INC. is looking for a passionate and driven OPT Recruiter to join our growing team.

Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: 0–5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and hire IT consultants
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively
- Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation

Requirements:

- 0–5+ years of talent acquisition experience in US IT staffing
- Strong understanding of recruitment and sales strategies
- Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
