Felix Hospital is looking for a detail-orientated and responsible accounts & finance executive to support daily accounting operations, financial record management, and reporting activities. Candidates with at least one year of experience in accounts and finance or working in any firm are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial documentation.
- Handle invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, payments, and financial documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Assist with other accounts and finance-related activities as required.
Educational Qualification
- A graduate in commerce (B.Com) or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts & finance or working in any firm.
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may be considered.
- Experience in MS Excel and accounting software will be an advantage.
